ALBANY — Andrew Cuomo continued to round out his cabinet yesterday, and announced plans for a low-key inauguration ceremony at the Capitol.

The governor-elect will be sworn-in after midnight Jan. 1 at a private Executive Mansion event. Later that morning, he’ll host a staff meeting at the Capitol before delivering a speech at a public swearing-in.
