A pair of lowlife wannabe influencers who allegedly assaulted a woman while spewing racist comments on a Manhattan street were arrested while livestreaming about The Post’s article on the disturbing incident just hours after the story went live.
Police had been searching for the two creeps who approached the 54-year-old victim on West 26th Street and 7th Avenue in Chelsea last Thursday just before 3 p.m. and launched into the disgusting attack, according to the NYPD.
A man pictured wearing a bright red MAGA hat, a navy blue jacket, and a green scarf tried to speak to the woman and leaned in to kiss her — causing her to push him away, police said.

The thug in the Pro-Trump attire then brandished a lighter and alarmingly set her boots ablaze, while his heartless pal filmed the hateful assault, according to authorities.
A Post reporter caught the two instigators streaming on a YouTube channel and reading out loud The Post’s original article about the hate crime assault while walking through Manhattan roughly an hour-and-a-half after it was published online.
As they scrolled through the article, the bumbling duo boasted — incorrectly — that they were on the cover of The New York Post, and were heard denying they ever lit the woman’s boots on fire.
The brainless pair wore similar clothing, including the MAGA hat, to what they had on in the pics blasted out by the NYPD.

Moments later, sirens rang out and two NYPD cops approached the pair of pals while the camera kept rolling, cuffed them, and put them in the back of the police car.
Cops are also looking to identify a man holding a smartphone tripod in a blue-striped beanie and a black jacket. DCPIAn officer appeared to fumble with the camera to try stop the stream, which had a few hundred viewers, while in the vehicle. The live feed turned into a black screen that continued into early morning Thursday.
The man in the MAGA hat and his friend in the beanie had also filmed themselves up to several antics throughout the evening — including annoying perturbed bystanders, casually saying racial slurs, and making lewd comments about random women on the street.
The pair had interactions with cops several times throughout past streams, showing them engaging in similar antics.
The NYPD confirmed two suspects were taken into custody late Wednesday night in connection with the incident, which is being investigated by the department’s Hate Crimes Task Force.
