The ex-con charged with pimping out an underage hooker to disgraced New York Giants legend Lawrence Taylor is ready to be thrown for a loss.

Rasheed Davis is “99.9 percent” certain to plead guilty Tuesday, his court-appointed lawyer said in Manhattan federal court yesterday.

Davis, 37, will face a maximum 8¾ years in jail.

Taylor, who said the girl told him she was 19, was sentenced Tuesday to six years’ probation.
