A high-stakes hearing over whether to bar evidence from Luigi Mangione’s murder case was postponed Friday — because the accused assassin said he is sick.
“Apparently the defendant is ill today,” Judge Gregory Carro said right before the fourth day of testimony in the marathon pre-trial proceeding was set to begin.
“Yes,” Mangione’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo responded. Mangione’s ailment is unclear.
