The pregnant woman allegedly shot by her estranged husband outside a Brooklyn school says a split-second decision to push the gun away from her head saved her life.

“He wanted to kill me, but I pushed [it] away, and [the bullet] went into my chest,” said Daisy Torres, 26.

Juan Torres Collazo allegedly attacked her on Friday outside PS 384 in Bushwick.

Yesterday, Torres dismissed those who accused her of having married him only to get a green card.

“I want to get the story straight. That’s not true,” she said.

Her unborn baby also survived the shooting.
