Crooked ex-pol Anthony Seminerio could soon be neighbors with arch scammer Bernard Madoff.

The former state assem blyman from Queens has been told to report to the federal prison in Butner, NC, to serve a six-year stretch for peddling his influence in Albany, according to a Manhattan federal court filing.

Madoff is serving his 150-year term at the same prison complex

The disgraced Democrat — who’s set to report March 8 — is also trying to weasel his way to a pokey closer to home, and convinced his judge to issue an order noting “the intention of this court” that he be imprisoned somewhere easier for his family to visit.
