Nicole Malliotakis on Sunday demanded Manhattan’s top prosecutor reopen a probe of Mayor de Blasio’s administration or give the case to the feds.
“Do you want your tax dollars to continue to be used to defend investigations?” the Republican mayoral candidate asked outside 238 Madison Ave., the Midtown building owned by felonious donor Jona Rechnitz.
After Rechnitz gave more than $100,000 to Senate Democratic candidates at the mayor’s behest, he stopped getting slapped with violations on the property — while the city continued receiving complaints that it was an illegal hotel.
