A 23-year-old man was stabbed during a squabble that began outside a Midtown strip club early Tuesday, cops said.

The victim got into a fight with two other groups outside Vivid Cabaret on West 37th Street near Sixth Avenue — that ended up continuing around the corner, when he was stabbed in the torso and right arm, police said.

He was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

No arrests were immediately made.

Lawyers for 33rd Street Ventures, which owns Vivid Caberet, refuted cops’ account.

“No incident occurred in front of Vivid early Tuesday morning,” they said in a statement. “It occurred in front of Chick-fil-A. Vivid’s security video, which was given to the NYPD, shows the group of people left Vivid peacefully, walked toward Chick-fil-A, and only when in front of that establishment did the alleged incident occur.”
