A man died following a hit-and-run crash in the Bronx early Saturday, police said.
The victim, 65, was struck at the corner of Third Avenue and East 155th Street in the Melrose section around 4 a.m. and taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The driver of a dark-colored sedan sped off, police said. Cops said the victim was crossing the street.
Investigators are still trying to figure out the exact circumstances surrounding the deadly crash and offered no description of the hit-and-run driver.
