One of the men accused of killing the rapper Chinx in a 2015 drive-by shooting is in plea talks with prosecutors, it was revealed in Queens court Monday.

During a brief appearance by suspect Jamar Hill in court, Queens prosecutor Brian Hughes said, “We are still working toward disposition.”

Hill is accused alongside Quincy Homere of fatally shooting Lionel “Chinx” Pickens, 31, and wounding his friend just an hour after the rapper performed at the Red Wolf night club in Brooklyn on May 17, 2015.

Hill and Homere allegedly followed Chinx — who was driving in his brand-new Porsche Panamera 4 — and shot up the car near Main Street and Queens Boulevard around 4 a.m.

Chinx — a member of French Montana’s Coke Boys group — was shot 15 times, and pal Antar Alziadi, 27, twice in the back. Alziadi survived.

Hill and Homere — who had both already been locked up on different cases when they were arrested for the slaying in December — face up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted in the murder.

Hill is due back in court Sept. 12.
