The Tribeca man charged with slitting his mom’s throat and dumping her body in New Jersey pleaded not guilty Wednesday at his arraignment in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Jared Eng, 22, was hit with charges of second-degree murder, hindering the prosecution, tampering with evidence and concealment of a corpse.

Prosecutors say that Eng sliced Paula Chin’s throat inside their tony Vestry Street pad Jan. 30 in a fight over his deceased dad’s will.

Eng, who describes himself as polyamorous, called his two girlfriends, Caitlyn O’Rourke, 22, and Jennifer Lopez, 18, to help him cover up the crime and dispose of the body.

Lopez also pleaded not guilty Wednesday to lesser charges of hindering the prosecution, tampering with evidence and concealment of a corpse.

Eng allegedly told O’Rourke in a speaker-phone conversation that it took his 65-year-old mother “awhile to die.”

Lopez and Eng stuffed Chin’s corpse into a duffel bag and drove it to her weekend home in Morristown, NJ.

O’Rourke joined them there Feb. 1 and helped put his mom’s body in a garbage can on the property, where it was later discovered by police. O’Rourke faces one count of concealment of a corpse.

In a jailhouse interview, Eng said his mom was worth $11 million and insisted he didn’t kill her.

Eng and Lopez are due back in court March 14 while O’Rourke doesn’t return until May 14.
