The man accused of throwing rubbing alcohol in a girl’s eyes as she was getting off a school bus in Queens — while calling her a “white bitch” — claims that all he threw was water and the teen was the one with the foul mouth.

Alexis Cabezas confessed that he was the person shown in surveillance photos released by the police, according to a criminal complaint by the Queens District Attorney’s Office.

But the 34-year-old claims he had water on his hands that he inexplicably splashed on the girl, who had hopped off a bus in Richmond Hill on Tuesday afternoon, prompting her to tell him “f–k you,” according to complaint.

The 13-year-old girl was treated at Jamaica Hospital for burning to her eyes, according to the police.

Cabezas was charged with assault as a hate crime and endangering the welfare of a child.

He has no criminal history and no issue with rage, according to his Legal Aid lawyer, Theodora Saal.

“Anybody can see that he is no racist stalking harasser,” she told the court.

Cabezas’s parents attended the arraignment, his mother in tears. They declined to speak to a reporter.

The suspect was released without bail and is due back in court Dec. 6.
