A Harlem man fatally stabbed his wife and then jumped out of an 8th floor window — killing himself Sunday night, sources said.

The incident happened inside the couple’s Fredrick Douglas Blvd apartment at around 9:18 p.m., according to police sources.

Francisco Ferreiras, 69, allegedly stabbed his wife, Bernarda Ferreiras, 53, multiple times in her torso before throwing himself out of a window, the sources said.

The woman was rushed to Harlem Hospital, but didn’t survive.

Ferreiras was pronounced dead at the scene.

Sources said cops recovered the knife that he allegedly used following his fatal plunge.
