A drunken driver has been arrested after a horrific head-on crash left two police officers hospitalized in the Bronx, police sources said.

Mike Diaz, of West Haven, Conn., was speeding northbound in a Plymouth Neon on Crotona Avenue when he crossed over a double yellow line and plowed into a marked police car heading southbound near Fulton Avenue at 12:30 a.m., police sources said.

The officers were rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Neon driver and four passengers were also hospitalized and are expected to survive.

Diaz was charged with aggravated DWI and vehicular assault.
