A Brooklyn man allegedly killed his wife before cutting her body into pieces and tossing it in the garbage, according to police.

Phillip Martin, 42, was arrested Friday after confessing to the brutal killing of his wife Diana Rodriguez-Martin, 43, cops said.

The victim was last seen alive January 16th, according to a missing persons report her aunt filed Monday.

Cops say Martin admitted that he beat the woman to death with his bare hands. He then cut her into pieces and sent them out with the trash, cops said,

Police are still working to recover Rodriguez-Martin’s remains, but so far have not been able to locate them.
