A man described by police as suspicious-looking was busted Friday night in the public lobby of Trump Tower after he told an officer he wanted to “speak to the president about election strategies,’’ a source said.

The 26-year-old man, Pleas Roosevelt, was taken into custody after a record check showed he’s wanted on warrants issued in Brooklyn.

It was not immediately clear what the warrants charged.
