Three men were in custody and being questioned in connection with the shooting of two cops in The Bronx, law enforcement sources said Tuesday.

One man, Jason Polanco, was preparing to flee the city when he was nabbed near East Tremont and Westchester avenues in The Bronx shortly before 1 p.m., sources said.

A second man, Elio Rivera, was taken into custody with Polanco.

They were apprehended by deputy US marshals from the Regional Fugitive Task Force and NYPD detectives outside a T-Mobile cellphone store, a law enforcement source said.

They didn’t put up any fight and immediately dropped to the snowy sidewalk when ordered, the source said.

A third man, who went to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital with a gunshot wound to the back, was released into the NYPD’s custody earlier, sources said.

Polanco is suspected of opening fire and seriously wounding plainclothes cops Andrew Dossi and Aliro Pellarano outside a Chinese restaurant as they investigated the earlier robbery of a nearby deli, sources said.

Dossi and Pellarano were both seriously wounded, but returned fire and hit a second suspect in the back, according to the NYPD.
