The pervert who tried to rape a woman at knifepoint in her Brooklyn apartment was busted at 5 p.m. Saturday, cops said.

A tipster led police to Darryl Williams, 25, of Crown Heights.

Williams pushed his way into the 37-year-old victim’s Greenpoint apartment door at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, dragging her into her bedroom and threatening her with a knife, police said.

He picked the wrong victim.

She punched Williams in his groin and ran, making it to her door before he tackled her and tried to remove her dress, cops said.

She screamed, which was enough to finally send him running. He faces several charges, including attempted rape.
