Cops have arrested the crazed man who allegedly attacked a 63-year-old woman with a suitcase on New Year’s Day in Midtown.

Michael Lee, 41, of Hell’s Kitchen, was charged with assault, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon for the unprovoked attack that was caught on video, police said Thursday.

The footage shows Lee charge at the unsuspecting woman, who was also carrying a suitcase, and repeatedly pummel her with his own suitcase — before walking away.

The victim sustained injuries to her face.

Lee was awaiting arraignment in Manhattan criminal court on Thursday morning.
