Jonathan H. PremoNew York State Police An upstate man apparently found something hilariously funny after getting busted for driving drunk with a blood-alcohol count more than twice the legal limit, authorities said Monday.
Jonathan H. Premo, 32, of Rochester was pulled over at 11:08 p.m.Saturday on Interstate 90 by State Police from Henrietta’s Troop T, who determined he was intoxicated.
They took the allegedly pie-eyed Premo to a barracks in Henrietta — where he celebrated his arrest with an ear-to-ear grin while posing for his mug shot.
He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and released without bail into the custody of a sober acquaintance.
Premo, due in Stafford Town Court on June 28, could not be reached for comment.
