A man was busted at a Lower Manhattan subway station Wednesday afternoon for allegedly groping a 20-year-old woman, police said.
Eliardy Lopez, 46, flailed his arms and resisted arrest while being cuffed at the Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall station around 12:30 p.m., cops said.
The victim told cops he had touched “her intimate body part” as she stood on the southbound platform of the 4 train, police said.
Lopez was charged with forcible touching, forcible touching on a bus or train, resisting arrest, sexual abuse 3 and harassment, cops said.

It wasn’t immediately clear if Lopez had any prior arrests for similar incidents.
A variety of politicians have called for bans on serial public transportation perverts.
