A Bronx man who drove his SUV through an E-Z pass toll both without bothering to pay was arrested Friday by a Port Authority cop, who found that the scofflaw owed more than $17,000, authorities said.

Officer Lionel Gonzalez pulled over Gabriel Arturo Urbano, 25, on the lower level of the George Washington Bridge at about 9 a.m. An investigation found he had racked up 268 violations adding up to $17,450 in unpaid tolls and fees.

His Ford Edge was impounded.
