One of the two men caught on video bursting into a Staten Island recording studio and shooting a 23-year-old to death was arrested Tuesday, officials said.

Charles Brooks, 29, was hit with 11 charges, including second-degree murder, assault, armed burglary and criminal possession of a weapon in the Jan. 16 shooting that left Jahade Chancey dead, according to police and court records.

Chilling video showed the moment the two armed men barged into DemonLow Studios on Van Duzen Street and opened fire around 7:45 p.m.

One of the men is holding an assault-style rifle as he rings the doorbell to the house, which is listed as the recording studio.

Multiple shots can be heard ringing out before the two gunmen flee.

Police said Chancey was hit multiple times in the back after opening the door. He was taken to Staten Island University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Brooks was held without bail with a June 10 court date.

The identity of the second shooter was not released.
