ALBANY — Two state workers accused in July of operating a “man cave” drug and party den near the Capitol were indicted on 22 criminal charges yesterday, including cocaine and marijuana sale.

Supervisor Louis Marciano, 50, and Gary Pivoda, 48, a cleaner working under him, are also charged with official misconduct, grand larceny, filing a false instrument, using drug paraphernalia, and criminal nuisance.

“Instead of working, these state employees allegedly used public property and taxpayer-funded time to nap and party in a den of illicit activities,” Attorney General Andrew Cuomo said in a statement.
