A male suspect was charged with murder in the fatal stabbing of a man inside a Times Square hotel that serves as a homeless shelter, police said.

Patrick McDonough, 49, who is homeless, allegedly killed Stanley Castor, 39, at the hotel at 38 West 31st Street late Saturday night, according to police.

Castor was found stabbed in the neck, shoulder and arm. He was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was declared dead a short time later, cops said.

The hotel-turned-shelter is two blocks from the Empire State Building.
