Fellow motorists called to report Ahmed A. Almalki, a 33-year-old Oyster Bay resident, driving erratically in westbound lanes on the Ocean Parkway at 1 a.m. on Sunday, state police said.

“The identified male was reportedly utilizing the live video streaming app Periscope to broadcast himself in an apparent intoxicated condition operating his Lexus,” according to state police.

Cops logged on to the app, using it to quickly catch up to Almalki.

The dispatcher and troopers located Almalki’s car and stopped him on the Wantagh Parkway near Hempstead Turnpike, police said. Almalki allegedly failed sobriety tests.

He was busted and charged with felony DWI and cited for failure to signal, unsafe lane changes, speeding and driving across hazard markings.
