A man was charged this week with raping three girls as young as 12 under his care at a Bronx facility for emotionally disturbed kids, police said.

Willie Bowman was arrested March 28th at his home in Wesley Chapel, Fla., and was extradited to New York.

He was arraigned Wednesday on 16 counts of rape, police said.

The victims ranged in age from 12 to-14-years-old and were all patients at the Henry Ittleson Center in Riverdale, a program for kids with severe emotional disabilities. The abuse allegedly occurred between 2014 and 2015.

Bowman, 30, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment and posted bail on Friday, according to court records.

Bowman was immediately suspended when the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, which oversees the Ittleson center, learned of the allegations, the organization said.

The group reported the allegations to cops and eventually fired Bowman, it said, adding, “the safety and protection of those in our care is our highest priority.”
