A Queens man claims that his girlfriend tricked him into marrying her by sending him forged divorce papers from his first wife.
Ramon Peralta said the bogus-paperwork stunt concocted by gal pal Dulcy Peralta falsely made him think he was officially split from his old spouse and, therefore, caused him to unknowingly commit bigamy.
Peralta claims the 2003 sham marriage was part of a scheme by Dulcy, a Dominican national, to gain US citizenship and take his money, according to his Manhattan federal court civil racketeering lawsuit. Dulcy is suing him over unpaid child support.
