A member of a nearly 200-year-old Asian organization that provides financial support to members of a trio of families claims he’s been expelled from the group, according to a lawsuit.
Moon Ball Louie wants a Manhattan Supreme Court judge to reinstate him to the New York branch of the Soo Yuen Benevolent Association, which serves those of Chinese descent with the surnames Louie, Fong and Kwong.
The New York association could not be reached.
