A nurse at Coney Island Hospital turned away a Brooklyn man who asked for detox treatment saying, “You piece of s–t junkies should not have to be dealt with,” according to a lawsuit.

Louis Mizrahi, 33, says he was escorted to an exit by staff on April 10, but as he waited for outside a cab, security officials kicked, punched and then dragged him until he was off hospital property, leaving him with a fractured elbow.

He was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Mizrahi later pleaded guilty to attempted burglary for returning to the hospital April 12 with a knife, yelling, ‘I’m going to come back and blast all you motherf–kers,’ according to Criminal Court records.

He’s suing in Manhattan Supreme Court for unspecified damages.

An HHC spokesman said, “We will carefully review this complaint once we receive it. In the interim, we want to make categorically clear that the mission of NYC Health + Hospitals is to welcome and care for all. We respect our patients and always aim to provide a nurturing, supportive environment in which to help them live their healthiest lives.”
