A man who was freed on a technicality by a Manhattan judge for a 1986 murder was arrested in Miami for allegedly providing false information to get a passport.
Justo Santos, 45, who was jailed in Domican Republic for the Inwood slaying, then hid for years back in the US before his arrest, was let go in 2014 when a judge said his due process was violated.
Santos did not disclose the murder case on his application for citizenship and a passport.
