A 45-year-old man was struggling to survive after he was struck by an SUV in Times Square Sunday morning, cops said.

The man was crossing at West 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue when he was hit by a white Dodge Durango around 4 a.m., police said.

The SUV took off, cops said.

The man, whose identity wasn’t immediately released, was taken to Bellevue Hospital in critical condition.

There were no immediate arrests.
