Cops on Friday released wild surveillance footage of a hit-and-run driver sideswiping a jaywalker Thursday night in the Bronx.

The 46-year-old man was halfway across White Plains Road near Westchester Avenue in Soundview at 6:15 p.m., when he was clipped by the side mirror of the white U-Haul van, cops said.

The video shows the man being thrown to the ground as the moving van hurtled on.

The pedestrian is being treated at Jacobi Hospital for non-life-threatening head injuries.
