A man pulled a police Taser barb from his leg and refused to drop his knife even after he was shot early Wednesday, police said.

Carlos Colon, 25, had to be zapped a second time in order to be taken into custody, according to police.

Two housing officers spotted Colon running near the Throggs Neck Houses at about 1 a.m. and asked him to stop because he was holding his side as if he had a weapon, cops said. Instead of complying, cops said, Colon ran into 2755 Dewey Ave. Officers found him on the seventh floor, cutting himself and threatening to take his own life.

One cop tased Colon, but he plucked the probe out of his body and walked toward cops with the knife, prompting an officer to shoot him in the thigh, police said. He was finally brought under control after being tased a second time, cops said.
