A 21-year-old man was fatally shot in the head in broad daylight in Harlem Friday afternoon.

First responders were called to 141st Street between Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard and Frederick Douglass Boulevard shortly before 2 pm, officials said.

The victim was taken to Harlem Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, police said. They are searching for a black male suspect in his 20s.
