A man was critically hurt in Queens late Monday when he lost control and crashed his SUV into a utility pole — causing the vehicle to split in half, cops said. 

The 32-year-old man was driving his Honda Pilot east on Rockaway Boulevard near 110th Street in South Ozone Park around 11:30 p.m. when he suddenly swerved into the pole, authorities said.

The driver was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he is listed in critical condition.
