A 34-year-old man died when he apparently jumped from the window of a Midtown building on Wednesday, police sources said.

The man was still breathing when police and EMS workers found him lying on the sidewalk in front of 1375 Broadway, near West 37th Street at around 6 a.m.

He was rushed to Roosevelt Hospital, where he died.

Police noticed that a 5th floor window at the commercial building was open just above where the man landed and believe the incident was likely a suicide, sources said.

The incident is still under investigation.
