An early morning argument inside a Fort Greene diner turned deadly when a man fired shots inside the eatery, authorities said.

Two men got into a dispute at the Country House Diner on Fulton Street before a gunman pulled out a small caliber weapon and shot the 34-year-old victim around 5 a.m., today, police said.

Alleged shooter Tyrone Gainer, 27, was charged Sunday night with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

A 911-caller reported shots fired inside the diner and cops found an unidentified victim with a gunshot wound to the abdomen, cops added. He was taken to Brooklyn Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

It’s not clear what sparked the argument but it appears both men were customers, sources said.
