A man was killed after being sucked into the spinning drive shaft of a concrete-mixing truck in The Bronx on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.

Authorities said the freak incident occurred at 1:21 p.m. at a construction site at Fox and Simpson streets, officials said.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, according to authorities.

Cops say the release of the victim’s name is pending family notification, and the investigation into his death is continuing.
