A hotel guest who plunged to his death from the Four Seasons hotel in Midtown was identified Sunday as Joshua Adams, 25, police sources said.

Adams fell from an eighth-floor hotel room and landed on E. 57th St. near Madison Ave. at about 3 a.m. Saturday.

He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital but couldn’t be saved, authorities said.
