A man died after setting himself on fire outside his Queens home Friday night, relatives said.

The unidentified victim, in his 50s, self-immolated in front of his house at 172nd Street and 91st Avenue in Jamaica at around 9:30 p.m., according to cops and family members.

“We just got the message that he set himself on fire,” his sister-in-law Radica Suebat said. “It’s so hard. We don’t know what to think.”

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His family said he had no history of mental problems and they did not know what his motive was.
