Cops busted a Long Island man for drunken driving — with two 5-year-old boys in the back seat, police said on Saturday.

Rudit Santos, 50, was driving east on Old Country Road in Westbury around 11:40 p.m. Friday when he failed to signal a left turn, police said.

Cops pulled over the allegedly visibly intoxicated Santos — and spotted his two young passengers, his son and nephew, authorities said.

The kids were released to a relative.

Santos was charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law for having children in the car, cops said. He was also busted for endangering the welfare of a child, operation of a vehicle without restraints and failure to signal.

He was scheduled to be arraigned Saturday.
