A man shot at police Sunday after they showed up at his Bronx apartment when he threatened his girlfriend, authorities said.

“I should shoot you,” Steven Paulino, 27, allegedly barked at his girlfriend, 24, in their Sedgwick Avenue home. When officers arrived, Paulino ran into an alley and climbed a fire escape, police said. He allegedly fired at the cops but fell, hurting his arm and giving officers a chance to nab him.

He faces charges of felony assault, criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, menacing, obstruction of government administration and criminal possession of a weapon.
