A man fell to his death Sunday night after he plunged from a luxury Manhattan apartment building onto the roof of an adjacent building, police said.

The victim was discovered on the roof of 154 E. 85th St. on the Upper East Side shortly before 11:15 p.m. and was pronounced dead by EMS, according to cops.

The man’s injuries were indicative of a fall, police said. The medical examiner will determine his official cause of death.

He likely dropped from a 15-story condo building next door at 150 E. 85th St. and landed on the roof of the shorter structure, police said.

The condo building, called the Ventana, houses million-dollar units and offers residents a 24-hour doorman, a renovated lobby and elevators, a fitness room and laundry on every two floors, according to a real estate listing.

Police did not release the victim’s identity Sunday night as they work to notify family members.

Investigators do not suspect any criminality was involved in the man’s death.
