A 23-year-old man was fatally struck by an MTA bus in The Bronx early Friday — moments after getting out of a livery cab because he felt sick, cops said.

Luis Inoa of Corlear Avenue opened the door to throw up and tried to cross West 231st Street and Kingsbridge Avenue when the westbound bus plowed into him, cops said.

The bus driver remained at the scene and was not charged. No other injuries were reported.

Taxi and Limousine Commission officials say it is investigating the incident.
