A man fatally shot his girlfriend at her Queens home Friday afternoon before turning the gun on himself, police sources said.

The bodies of Song Shim, 41, and the 42-year-old man were found on the third floor of the house on Beech Avenue in Flushing just after 2:50 p.m., cops said.

Both had been shot in the head and were pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators found a suicide note written by the boyfriend near the bodies, sources said.

Authorities are withholding the man’s name pending family notification of his death.
