A young man was fatally shot in Fort Greene Saturday evening — the second shooting in the borough in 40 minutes.

The 26-year-old man was shot multiple times in the torso outside the neighborhood’s Ingersoll Houses just after 6 p.m., police said.

The victim was rushed to NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in Park Slope, where he was pronounced dead about an hour later, police said.

Around a dozen shell casings were counted at the scene as police continue to investigate the shooting.

Earlier Saturday evening, a 33-year-old man was shot three times in the torso while sitting in a BMW in Dyker Heights around 5:20 p.m., police said.
