A 41-year-man was fatally shot in Brooklyn Saturday night.

The victim was struck once in the chest in a park on Sterling Place in Prospect Heights just before 8:30 p.m.

“I heard three shots,” said Sean Bennett, 25. “I looked out the window and saw a guy with a white baseball cap and a white t-shirt on the ground.”

The name of the victim was withheld pending family notification.
