A 21-year-man was shot in the head and died Wednesday afternoon in Brooklyn, police said.

The victim, identified late Thursday as Clevens Valcin, 21, was found bleeding to death outside of the Flatbush Gardens apartment complex on Brooklyn Avenue in East Flatbush around 2 p.m. Wednesday, cops said.

He was rushed to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

No arrests have been made.
