A Bronx man was gunned down as he left a corner store in Upper Manhattan on Monday evening, police said.
Leroy Phinazee, 29, was shot in the neck and shoulder during a fight at about 7 p.m. inside the Funfair Deli on Lenox Avenue near 137th Street, cops said.
Investigators believe he may have been shot once inside the store and once on the sidewalk outside, a police source said.
Phinazee was rushed to Harlem Hospital and declared dead, authorities said.
The gunman, who is still at large, was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, cops said.
